Ros Netto is the Loyalty & CRM consultant at Truth, a boutique consulting businessspecialising in customer centricity and customer loyalty programmes. Ros joined Truth from Woolworths in 2010, where she has moulded her way into various CRM/loyalty and client-facing portfolios.Ros has successfully developed and implemented CRM/loyalty related solutions for many of Truth’s clients (locally & internationally) across various industries (retail, financial services, lifestyle & travel) for both B2B & B2C clients. She has extensive experience in developing such strategies from defining the loyalty or CRM strategy, creating the overall design to technical specification requirements, implementation and post launch activities.Ros also runs Truth’s training and development product, Customer Academy, focusing on delivering loyalty and CRM workshops and online courses. Truth’s online course content has been wholly curated and developed by Truth. The course is live in South Africa and New Zealand with Kenya expected to launch in April 2019.
