Adré Schreuder is considered to be the subject matter specialist in the field of customer experience measurement and management. He has over 25 years of business consulting experience and advises companies across multiple industries both locally and internationally. He realised a career dream when he founded (& chairs) the South African Customer Satisfaction Index (SAcsi), an independent national benchmark of customer satisfaction, in 2012.
Adré Schreuder finalised his B Com, B Com Hons & M Com Cum Laude at the University of Pretoria (UP). He completed his doctoral studies at Rand Afrikaans University (RAU) and was promoted to Associate Professor at RAU. His academic career soon earned him full professor & Head of Department of Marketing at UP. Currently, Adré holds the position as CEO of Consulta – a Customer Insights Consultancy.
For fun, he likes to read books, books and books. His favourite authors include Dan Brown and Stephen King. He is the world’s biggest Apple fan and his favourite quote is “the ones who are crazy enough to think that they can change the world, are the ones who do”

Amanda is the founder & CEO of Truth. Amanda’s extensive experience in the field of loyalty & CRM has put Truth at the forefront of loyalty in South Africa. She spent many years at British Airways leading sales & marketing teams across UK, Africa, Middle East & Asia.
She has also spearheaded the Customer (CRM) division at Woolworths, where she led the department encompassing customer insights, research, customer strategy, loyalty/MySchool, direct marketing and financial services marketing.
Deon Scheepers: Senior Manager: Strategic Business and Solutions Consulting in Africa, Genesys
Deon Scheepers is the Senior Manager for Strategic Business and Solutions Consulting at Genesys for the African region. In this capacity, he collaborates closely with internal sales teams, channel-partners and customers to demonstrate how technology solutions can resolve customer service challenges, achieve business objectives, improve customer experience and drive digital transformation strategies.
He has worked on large scale customer experience projects across a range of vertical sectors and contributed to the industry in technical, sales, managerial and consulting roles over the past three decades. As an accomplished contact centre professional and customer experience though-leader, Deon is regularly quoted in major publications and is a frequent speaker at industry event.

Suren Govender: CEO, Inburru Technologies
Suren Govender is CEO of Inburru Technologies, which is a venture he started in 2017 to explore his entrepreneurial ambitions. In the last year he has successfully launched a new telco (Fibered), created a service design based consultancy and has also taken up a partnership to address the critical skills shortage in the Digital and Data capability areas. Prior to branching off on his own, he was Managing Director of Accenture Analytics and led a number of Digital and Data strategy projects locally and globally. He has also played influential roles as an executive at IBM, Neotel and Dell, amongst others. Suren remains an active participant in the technology community and leverages his 24 years of technology experience across all the industry sectors to create value out of technology. He has an engineering and information systems academic background and he is a self-confessed geek who has been researching future technology since he was 10 years old.
Paul Morgan: Data & Analytics Specialist, Karabina Solutions
Paul Morgan arrived in South Africa from the UK in 1998, keen to work in a new country for a year before returning to London. He hasn’t returned yet.
Paul started his career in the UK as a software trainer, before moving into technical consulting, eventually starting and running ASYST Intelligence in SA, a market-leading Business Intelligence practice, as MD, for ten years. The business employed 45 staff, turned over R40 million, and then merged with two other BI practices in 2014 to form Decision Inc.
Neil Lightfoot: Partner in Applied Behavioural Economics
Neil Lightfoot is partner in the Applied Behavioural Economics practice at Genesis, having joined the firm in 2008. His areas of expertise include choice architecture, consumer lifecycle strategy, behavioural change, banking strategy and consumer credit risk.
Neil has a passion for exploring the commercial applications of behavioural economics, as well as for discovering how the discipline might be used to help in solving apparently intractable consumer behaviour challenges.
Before joining Genesis, Neil worked for retail credit risk consulting and software specialists Principa where he was responsible for delivering projects in the retail banking and furniture retail sectors in South Africa, Mozambique and Zambia. His particular area of focus was retail credit operations strategy and human performance optimisation.
Before joining Principa, he held several management positions at Nedbank where he worked on a number of strategy projects, including channel strategy design, retail organisation design and value proposition development. While previously employed at Accenture, he was awarded the international Strategic Research Insight and Innovation Award for his logistics benchmarking for Spoornet.
Neil holds a BA (Honours) degree in Research Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand, an MA in Research Psychology from the University of South Africa, and an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at the University of the Witwatersrand
